Gilda developed a unique style of textile art, which bursts out of the frame with life and vitality.  The techniques used to achieve this include fabric dyeing, batik, hand and machine embroidery, hand made felt and applied pieces. The many layers are what makes her textile art so distinctive and draws the viewer into the scenes.
